Hi, Let's talk about today's training.
Today's training is................................. POWER MAN. First I lobe with a hillgrove girl, then after that she drop shot, then smash. Then after that did the multiple shuttles, first try was a failure, second try i need do 25 push, third and fourth try is okok. Then after that do physical exercise, with 5 stations. 1st i did the lauches, 2nd one is something like like lauches, but it is in another way, 3rd one is sit-up, 4th is push up and 5th one I don't know how to say lol.
Tomorrow no training, so is off day, YEAH MAN.
